What the service is

A tool for businesses and individuals to create their own business documents — invoices, pro forma invoices, quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes, credit notes, receipts and customer account statements. You pay a small fee per finished document.

You may

• Create documents in the name of a business you own or are authorised to act for.
• Quote, bill and deliver to your own customers, order from your own suppliers, record payments you actually received, and send account statements to your customers.

You may not

• Create a document in the name of a business or person you are not authorised to represent, or upload a logo you have no right to use.
• Imitate a bank, government body, utility, retailer or any other organisation's documents or branding.
• Record sales, payments, balances or amounts that did not happen, or use a document to mislead anyone — for example for expense claims, loans, visas, rental applications or tax.

We may refuse, disable or report documents that break these rules, and we keep records of documents created.

Verification

Every finished document shows a verification link. It confirms the document was created here by the business named on it and has not been changed. It does not confirm that any payment in the document took place.

Payments and refunds

Fees are paid by EcoCash and confirmed manually. If we cannot confirm your payment, the document stays as a preview. Contact support with your transaction reference for any problem.

Your data

We store the details you enter so we can show your document and its verification page. Don't enter information you don't need on the document.
